Bryan Handing is the CFO and Vice President of Valuations at iTValuations, bringing more than 30 years of experience across public accounting, IT consulting, and managed services. As both a Certified Public Accountant and a former managed-services owner-operator, Bryan advises IT and MSP business owners from lived experience: he has built, grown, acquired, and merged a technology company of his own, and he understands both the numbers and the operating realities behind them.
At iTValuations, Bryan leads the firm’s financial strategy and delivers valuation services for IT and MSP owners who are preparing for a sale, acquisition, or transition. His operator’s perspective on recurring revenue, service agreements, and client concentration allows him to translate financial analysis into guidance that owners can act on.
Prior to joining iTValuations, Bryan founded and led LightHouse Business Information Solutions in Albuquerque for nearly two decades, growing the firm through organic expansion and three acquisitions before merging it with a PE-backed platform MSP. He then served as Director of Strategy for the combined organization. Earlier in his career, he established one of the first IT consulting practices within a CPA firm in the state of New Mexico, and he began his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen.
Bryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico’s Robert O. Anderson School of Management, with concentrations in Accounting and Business Computer Systems. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New Mexico and holds the Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) credential from the AICPA.
A longtime member of IT Nation Evolve, Bryan serves as a peer group facilitator, guiding fellow IT and MSP owners through accountability-driven groups focused on growth and long-term value.
Outside of work, Bryan is guided by his faith in Jesus Christ, which anchors every part of his life. He and his wife have been married for more than 30 years and have three children and two grandchildren. He treasures time spent with family, enjoys traveling and cruising, and is an avid James Bond fan.
