During his 30+ years working in the IT Services and technology industry, he’s provided business strategy, consulting and M&A services (90+ successful transactions) to over 700 companies across 19 different countries. Though Reed began his career in software development, he quickly moved into recruiting, sales, operations and executive leadership roles. Not only does he have a deep understanding of the technology industry, but he’s also intimately familiar with every level of an organization. With his wealth of knowledge and expert advisory skills, he’s a recognized author and speaker in his field.
Reed’s known for his keen ability to negotiate and find a way for all parties to move forward no matter how challenging the circumstances. This stems from his great capacity for collaboration and ideation. Far and wide, he’s described as creative, agile and seasoned, which all come in handy during the valuation and next steps process.In his spare time, you’ll find him boating with his wife and three adult sons or camping and hiking.
